If you're in grade 10 and their in grade 12, that's okay. But if you're in grade 9 and their in grade 11, that is not a good sign. Dating older grades in grade nine, like grades 11 and 12 are not good as it's quite a stretch. I'd probably say having a one year apart relationship is better and having them in your grade is even better. Just be sure that they aren't controlling you and restricting you. Otherwise, go for it.
It depends on how old you are . Usually it would be fine , but since you're still at school , two years can be a big difference. (Eg. 8th grader and a 10th grader , 10th grader and a 12th grader )
Usually the best gap to have is about 1 year during school .
But if he isn't forcing you to do things that you're uncomfortable with, then it should be fine .
