Are there dupes for this skirt?

I bought this skirt from forever 21. I am so attached to it but it is a little small for me. I can get it on but it's extremely tight and I can just barely zip it. I got it in an XL so it would be helpful if you could comment some shops that sell dupes of this skirt in a bigger size.
