Should transitioning be *allowed* for *minors*?

In this instance, I am referring to medical and/or social transitioning. I am not obligated to be strict with "both" or "neither" as an answer.

Definition of transition (in the context of transgenderism): the process by which a transgender person permanently adopts the outward or physical characteristics that match their gender identity, as opposed to those associated with the sex ed for them at birth. The process may or may not involve measures such as hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery.

Medical transitioning would be hormones and surgeries. Social transitioning would be how you present your gender identity to how you want; for example, wearing certain clothes, going by a certain name or going by certain pronouns, and often stating your gender to be something that does not correlate to your observed sex at birth. *Sometimes lighter puberty blockers are permitted.

Medical transitioning, in the context of my poll, would be referring to situations where teens start hormones, and maybe get top surgery if they've been on hormones long enough. Just generally allowing hormone blockers, I will also count even though it's not medically transitioning.

Minor: anyone below the legal age of adulthood in a given country; typically (under) 18 years of age.

Transgender minors should definitely be able to transition socially, as this is a critical way of finding out if they're sure of their identity.

After becoming sure of their gender identity, puberty blockers should be available to the transgender minors. Puberty blockers don't have long-term effects, and are easily reversible. After a few years, I'd say at a minimum of 16 years probably, a transgender minor should be given the option to undergo hrt. I do not think surgeries should be offered to minors.
