Staff Treatment PSA

Hello Disney Amino!

This will be a general PSA about staff treatment. We respect all of you here in Disney Amino and our staff expects that same respect back. Our staff work hard each and everyday to keep Disney Amino a kind and magical place where everyone can participate and have fun, but it has become increasingly difficult to make sure our [Guidelines] are being followed when don’t listen.

Public Chatrooms

Our Disney Amino Public Chat. A lot of our Cast can easily be identified in this chatroom by the white “co-host” tag next to their name as well as having their link in the chatroom description. Not all cast have this, so always check a member’s profile for the title.

Our Leaders, Curators, and Cast work together as a team for this community and are all deserving to be heard & listened to. If one of our staff (leader, curator, or cast member) ask you to not do something in a public chatroom, they are simply trying to help you and keep the chatroom safe and fun for everyone. They are simply enforcing the [Guidelines]. It is not okay to ignore these warnings as they are all in place for a reason.

We have always stuck by our rules, but now we will be stating the exact consequences below. We are hoping that by this, we can have an easier time keeping Disney Amino safe and fun for everyone.

Consequences

All of these are subject to change due to severity or frequency from the same member. They do not have to happen in order they’re listed depending on severity as always.

Disrespect/Not Listening

Mini Modding & General Behavior

We know many of Disney Amino know the guidelines and rules to this community and we appreciate the help when you know someone is breaking one of our rules, but sometimes this goes too far, especially in public chatrooms. When you see a member breaking the guidelines in some way, always find a Co-Host or Active Staff Member to assist and handle the situation so the situation does not escalate.

Closing

This PSA is just a reminder that our staff are of this community too. We are always trying to keep the community safe and fun for all and sometimes that is made difficult to do. These rules have always been in place.
