I'm planning on training up my Serra, but I'm not sure if I should stick with her default Absorb+, which would get her to 37 Atk, or give her Slow+ from the 5* Mist I never use.
Which staff is better for Serra (+Spd, -Def)?

Absorb can help you heal up if you take on a mage and that’s it... I’m pretty sure she has paper thin defences
She'll end up with 33 Res, but only 18 Def
