do you want to start gacha animating but don't know wich program?

I'm thinking of writing a huge list of every animation program i know, how difficult it is to learn, how many tutorials are out there for it, if the company behind the program has some bad views, what devices can install it and how much it costs. because there's not a lot of gacha animators in the community or at least not enough. i understand that when ppl look at like for example someone using live 2d and being kinda overwhelmed cuz of how complicated it is and expensive but live 2d, flipaclip and alight motion aren't the only programs out there. and yes i know some that are completely free.
