Utao zenin & toji fushiguro

Utao and Toji were fraternal twins born into the cursed legacy of the Zenin clan. Though not identical, they shared a deep bond forged through pain—both treated as failures: Toji for his lack of cursed energy, and Utao for being “too soft” and unwilling to conform to the clan’s brutal traditions. Toji grew bitter, turning his hatred outward. He left the clan to survive on his own , becoming the infamous “Sorcerer Killer” and rejecting everything the Zenin name stood for.

Utao’s rebellion was quieter. She left not out of hate, but to protect what little warmth she still had inside. She fell in love, had a daughter (Sai), and tried to give her the love she never received. They both walked away from the same cage—but in opposite directions.

Toji escaped with violence.
