SavageJoes 1st year Anniversary + Recruitment

Hello there people, It's Manu here with the special blog by our team #SavageJoes to complete one year of it. I know things are changed and people aren't that active as they used to be but still our team bring their best to, bring out the quality blogs in their busy life and enlighten the KDA with blogs at which reader could take a stop and take great read of what our bloggers have wrote in their blog.

So to make our anniversary blog more special we leads decided to ask questions like : What it feels to be a part of the team, what's their favourite segment and what's their favourite blog from our team.

I am to read those beautiful words or how they have kept their words while answering the questions which we asked to them. I really love each of them, before you head on to that part, I would like to answer those by myself too.

For me SavageJoes always have a great space in my heart, the history to find and make this team was so Challenging I clearly this team was created at time when new teams formation was just about to be closed, I was immensely so happy to see that our team took a great turn with recruitment and also with all decisions we have made for our team progress. My opinions and KS noona's opinions are quite differing at different phases while creating this team and while maintaining and that's why I think it took this better turn because, either one of us find pro or cons while making any decisions and then move on with less cons one hehe. I really loved working with Lisa di, KS noona and ofcourse all the teammates we got. Special thanks to Lav for being great advisor at times when I was so new with everything.

The blog I loved the most is this one by Jules. I just love how the memes are so relatable in this, I re-reading this blog like 3-4 times in month because of the content hehe. I am still smiling when I that whole part of blog. I just love, if you haven't read this one give it a try.

The favourite segment I loved is " Behind the Spotlight ". This is our signature segment tbh..when we were making this segment we had this thought in mind " why only most likes blog should get everything like they were mentioned in TLS blog, newsroom blog and so many for spotlight but what about those less likes blogs ? " This was when we decided to created this segment. I don't want anyone to consider that thought as wrongful. I am sorry if it's hurting statement for anyone. We really wanted those less likable blogs, un-featured blog go unnoticed and we hope if they will read our blog atleast they will get to know that their blog was got noticed.

It always gives me immense pleasure and pride since the day 1 me, Manu and Lisa had started working together to create this team where we did work on bringing unique segments and focused on different criteria. I'm happy to be a part of it and being able to contribute it, also despite team and community running on low activity these days, I still feel it's good to see  coming around taking part in team tasks whenever we do need them. Can't believe it's already one year for the team, it feels like yesterday. I hope we do celebrate much more such together.

Favorite segment ? I should say all :sweat_smile: bcoz we nitpicked our favs into segments. However since I enjoy "Why so serious ? " which covers memes and other related content to it, I can definitely say I'm biased towards it. Also taken from Heath Ledger (Joker)'s Why so serious poster, I can say it's more special to me than other ones.

I want to try Sail your ships, bcoz it has been in my mind since the day we created that segment  and I desperately want to ship few charcaters in dramas that actually haven't ended up together, by making few changes in their plot line. Probably might do it soon.

Last year, The Devil Judge was my favorite kdrama of the year and this blog from Sonali focusing on even minute details of the drama, biblical references and DC is absolutely perfect, and it was totally a very exciting and interesting to read on.

What it feels like to be on the team? oooo, well i enjoy being in the team. all are awesome. even if i am not that active in the chat or talk much, i still enjoy it. i am very grateful to be in this team. so grateful for everything, for blogging because it gets me brainstorming, even if i do some blogs last minute (but posting on time)

My most favorite segments of this team? well, i have two favorite actually. Dream Unlimited because i get to share dreams that are related to kdramas and Rock n’ Roll with OSTs because i like to share my favorite OSTs from kdramas and talk about them. the one segment i would like to try that is new for me is probably Do They Deserve…. i would like to try it out in the future when i know how to explain things correctly because sometimes i’m not good at that and i want to be able to do it good even if i do try my best which i would.

One fav blog from this team? ooo that is hard because ALL the blogs are awesome! everyone is so creative. but if i have to choose one… it would be… this . i liked how stella had really nice preference from the characters she chose, ehehe. once again, everyone’s blogs are awesome! so creative (⺣◡⺣)♡

Well I play sports and I’m also an extrovert so I enjoy working with other people. It’s fun to get to know everyone and brainstorm ideas as well as see everyone’s creative side when they write a blog. Everyone here is such a good writer and by reading other individual’s posts I also gain a lot of inspiration.

I am a very indecisive person so this is hard for me :joy: If I had to pick a top two it’d probably be “Rant and Rave” because I have many dramas which I need to rant about to someone and “As you Like it” because sometimes I have a hard time coming up with ideas that fit a specific segment so I can write a blog and just call it “As you like it.” :joy: a segment I want to try sometime. I want to try “K-mart” and my next savage joes blog will probably be in that segment :)

It was very hard to pick a favorite but out of the ones I have read so far I will choose “Angel or Devil | My Preferences” by Stella. This one The blog I idea was very creative and I was laughing when she said “Apart from the fact that he looked really hot while speaking english i didn't like a single thing about him” :joy: The edits were also really good!

It feels good to be a part of savage family...although I don't do much like making blogs and all but I very glad that I'm a part of this wonderful team.... i like all the segments but "Sail your ships" segment is attracted me more. About the blog...i like shin's kimbap blog ( this )...it was soo detail explained and the edit was simply cute and blog was wonderful.

It feels really good to be a part of the team. Everyone in the team including the leaders are really understanding and kind which made it easier for me to fit in. Each and every segment in Savage Joes is really unique in its own way and they really helped me by shaping my blogging skills and to come up with out of the box (creative) ideas. I am glad that I decided to this amazing team.

My favourite segment of the team is definitely "Behind the spotlight", in this segment we recommend the blogs, teams and profiles on KDA which are not under the spotlight. From my pov it's a such a great thing to do to highlight the blogs, teams and profiles which deserves a lot of appreciation. Since I have ed the team not too long ago I haven't tried a lot of segments, so all of them? :joy: but I think I want to give a try to rant and rave, I am really looking forward to work on this segment as I have a lot in mind to rant about.

Umm that is quite hard :sweat_smile: as I like all the blogs from our team but if I need to choose one, let me go with this blog, this is literally my favourite b 2O22 under SavageJoes as it legit only contains my favourite OSTs of this year, I think KS and I share same taste in music :yum:

Ever since I ed savage Joes I've felt this sense of responsibility, community and belonging.  I also feel somewhat special because I get to be part of a team of devoted kdrama lovers that make fantastic blogs. Thank you so much for all the hard work guys. I'll try to do better too !

My Favourite segment is our "Behind The Spotlight" segment. It's really nice to be able to give underrated blogs and profiles a bit of spotlight they deserve. I also really like the "As you like it" segment as it serves as a creative outlet for any "out of the box" ideas and blogs, which keep things interesting.

The segment I have yet to try out but really want to, is the "Do they deserve?" segment. There are so many dramas I want to watch, rate and review in the future. Can't wait to try it out.

My Favourite Savage Joes blog would be  "Rant and Rave" by Jules. I love ranting and listening to others rant as well. The blog was rather entertaining. There were a few dramas in the blog i hadn't watched, but Jules' rants gave me just enough information to make me interested enough to check them out.

It feels nice being on a team, even though this isn't the first time that I've been on a team. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I've made a couple new friends and bonded with older friends through this team which is a huge component on why I love this team so much! :heart: Thank you to all the and even the leaders of the team for being a great family on KDA for me! :heart:

Favorite Segments, I have 2. Slay It Your Way and Creators Archive. Both segments use our creativity in our blogs, which is why I love these segments! A segment I want to try in the future is Rant and Rave. I want to openly rant about things I love, like or even dislike in dramas or even in the production process of the dramas.

This blog made me laugh so much with the different memes that are so relatable to any drama watcher. 🤣

The whole team culture of savage joes is what I like, even though many of us may be inactive but still during team tasks especially, no one is left behind, which I appreciate. My favourite segment is definitely rant and rave since it gives me the liberty to speak my thoughts freely. However, Who are you NewHi is a segment that I’d want to try as it’s always fun talking to new and listening to their K-Drama/KDA journey. Manu’s bterviewing Emma is one of my favourite blogs, the questions were interesting and helped us get to know a fellow Kdramas watcher/KDA-er.

That's all with our team answers, it's been really so long since I have blogged too. I was literally too busy with life and almost sad and all too with things but I am just catching up the pace and trying best to come as blogger who loves blogging frequently. I hope you guys love reading our team view and leads views for this special anniversary blog.

We will do our best and come out with more quality blogs that will make readers mesmerize. I also really really want to appreciate each team member of us, who are or were part of our team to make blogs for our team and I hope we would fill KDA with our blogs again.
