Hey everyone :speech_balloon:

I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on who I am, what I feel, and how I experience love and attraction — and I finally found the words that feel right to me.

I’m panromantic demisexual with a preference for women.

That means I’m capable of falling in love with people regardless of their gender.

I care deeply about who someone is as a person.

When it comes to physical or sexual attraction, though, it’s not something I feel easily or instantly.

I need that emotional connection first — especially with men.

It takes trust, time, and comfort for those feelings to grow.

With women, I tend to feel more at ease, more naturally myself, and that’s where my sexual comfort feels stronger.

But love?

That’s always about the heart for me.

I’m still me.

Nothing’s changed — just finally putting words to what I’ve always felt deep down.

If you're learning about identities like this for the first time, I'm happy to share what I’ve learned along the way.

Thanks for reading.

Thanks for accepting me.

And if you’re still figuring yourself out — you’re not alone.
