May I present to you, Chiharu Shimizu! He is my oc baby for the My Hero World.

It is not often that I revive one of my super old babies, but Chiharu holds a place near and dear to my heart :sparkles: (His origin was around 2017)

I wanted to get this out on World Mental Health Day, but unfortunately I wasn’t fast enough. OTL

QUIRK

:cloud: Chiharu’s quirk is a quirk. It is a quirk that aids people mentally.

:partly_sunny: Chiharu’s quirk a reduces the mental stress and strain that one may face. It reminds those who are affected a pleasant memory or memories. It reduces the panic that one might face due to daily life.

:cloud: Chiharu’s quirk is active through his hair. When someone is surrounded by his clouds it makes them feel more relaxed.

:partly_sunny: Chiharu can also make small creatures/objects out of his clouds (think when you’re watching clouds and you can see all the different kinds of animals and things)

Drawbacks of Chiharu’s Quirk

𖤐 Chiharu’s quirk is quite tiring. He is essentially taking someone’s inner anxiety for himself, so his own anxieties often increase or even double in order to help calm another.

𖤐 The more Chiharu overuses his quirk the more tired he becomes. He often gets migraines when using his quirk for an extensive period of time. Unfortunately, he is prone to having migraines that make him sensitive to light and sound at times

𖤐 If he use it to its absolute limit, Chiharu ends up falling unconscious in exhaustion.
