As an athlete, our body and mind is our investment. We make sure that we do, we eat and we take the right things in order to perform well. But sometimes there are misconceptions about the things that the athletes should and shouldn't do.
In this blog, I am going to show you some of the myths and facts about the things that we do as an athlete. These set of information that I am going to present are based on studies and research. Also, I am going to show some of the most controversial moments that happened in the NBA that left us to wonder whether they're MYTH or FACT.

A HEAVY MEAL IS IDEAL FOR PRE-WORKOUT
Judgement: Myth
Every food we take 60-90 minutes before workout will still be in our digestive system. We might feel bloated or heavy after eating a heavy meal. Light meals and staying hydrated is the most ideal thing to take before workout.

WILT CHAMBERLAIN SLEPT WITH OVER 20,000 WOMEN
Judgement: Myth
This one is very inaccurate. If this one is true, Wilt started to slept with women at the age of 15 years old. But no other evidence or information are available to this claim. Chamberlain was never married and never had a children — not Otto Porter.

Judgement: Fact
Probably one of the best Basketball movie ever made. Coach Carter is a true story inspired by Kenny Ray Carter and his legacy on building the right character of a "student-athlete". The film is led by the award-winning actor Samuel L. Jackson.
