This definitely wasnt my best game ever, but I wasn't doing bad. I was performing perfectly fine, and this team is the hand I was dealt. How is this my fault??? Our tank refused to listen to my pings telling him to go in from the top or side room area attacking on numbani and instead decided he'd be better off walking straight up to the point OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN CONTINOUSLY GETTING BLASTED DOWN BY THEIR DPS. I FINALLY GOT BACK FROM GOLD TO PLAT JUST TO LOSE IT AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS GAME :sob: :sob: DOES ANYONE HAVE LIKE SUGGESTIONS??? OR WOULD LIKE TO DUO WITH ME?? IM ON RN AND IM ON PS5. PLEAAASEEE SOMEBODY HELP ME I WANNA GET TO DIAMOND
I almost always play LW unless a switch is warranted, but I'm usually in line with if not doing more heals than everyone else, all while getting decent kills on the side. I genuinely feel like i should be doing better than gold. Plat at LEAST, but solo queueing is HELL

As for suggestions. If your tank was off elsewhere and complains about heals, ignore it, it is not the s job to chase someone out of position. Sure it may lead to a loss but maybe that person will learn to play in LOS. As for the DPS. if the soldier is flanking and your team won’t turn around there’s nothing you can do but use LWs mobility to get away or be toxic and use pull (most efficient.) For the bastion, do not peak no matter what when he’s in turret, and then count the cooldown. Lifeweaver Mercy is definitely not the best combination either if the dps aren’t getting any value , mercy should SWITCH. From the stats alone i see this was not your fault, you had people going out of your LOS and a mercy who didn’t bother to switch despite the DPS not getting any value. there’s really nothing you can do when you get teammates that don’t have normal game sense :sob: What helped me climb was stop focusing on what MY team was doing and focus on myself, what i did wrong, what i could’ve done better, i also never solo queued as i had a duo. So you should definitely try and find a duo.
As an addition! Not chasing strays isn't about teaching them to stay in LOS, though it does the trick too, but about efficiency and survival! If you go with them, you aren't healing other three people, apart from not doing damage if you're healbotting them, plus chances are they'll die anyway and you'll die too, so two useless deaths and three neglected people and not doing any damage or anything else you may have done during that time instead of one bad player (not necessarily all the time, but they were playing as a bad player at that specific that) dead.
As a general rule, surviving is the main priority. Even if you miss a kill, you'll do much more of you allow them to survive instead of putting yourself at risk because the 10-20 seconds you would take to go back can be used to actually play!

The fact that the second two who statistically kills the least is the only one who isn't in negative. Ahwell.
Sharing pain from today: I don't know what the other DPS was doing. They played Torbjörn for most of the time, then Reaper for a bit, then switched to Pharah against Soldier for whatever reason. I know because I checked, since I honestly didn't see them (guess they were busy being dead).
Don't ask how did Kiriko get less damage and kills than anyone else. I don't know either. Guess she was busy being dead too.
We obviously lost.
Don't let me profile fool you. I don't main Venture or anything. I'm not even necessarily good at playing them.
It's Quickplay, though.
