To those of you rescued from the outer world, Welcome To Paradise Valley:Home of the blessedbloods.

If you are here, then you are showing signs of blessed blood, whether it be barely enough to change the color of your hair, or strong enough to set your eyes Ablaze with a burning glow.

No matter how thick or thin your blessed blood may be, this is the place where you learn to control it, and utilize it for your own growth and survival.

The WEAKNESS you feel

Your body will feel weak, and that is because you are the host of a holy parasite that is rebuilding you from the ground up. Your body must learn again how to move, fight, and function, in the Scope of its growing blessed blood.

For now, the combat prowess and physical strength you MIGHT have had before is gone. upon reaching Paradise Valley, you are WITHOUT ANY SPECIAL ABILITIES.

before you get too far, you'll learn exactly what a blessed blood is, and the purpose of this blessing's existence. All that matters now is the fact that you have been chosen as a catalyst, and you will never be the same as you once were

Hint

(inside of roleplay, your character is allowed to recall a backstory filled with combat, grandeur, and general badassery (, no "magical powers" and shit)       However, every new character is assigned predetermined base stats that you must build upon as you play. You're on the same level as any other new person, and you cannot change that

● The OOC chat

the OOC is a casual chat for AND non-. It is also used occasionally for announcements, news, And planning between players.

● The ROLEPLAY Chat

this is the chat where roleplay happens. Along with roleplay, players may send commands like asking for a character reference, requesting the time of day, or Roleplay Dicerolling.

● The "EventRequest 1" Chat

this is a chat dedicated entirely to sending and recieving commands. Trading items, turning in missions, or initiating battle, and other in game actions are initiated with commands that you send in one of our four event request chats.

you are encouraged to connect roleplay happenings with RPG tasks done within event request, but it isn't required. You are free to be in a role-play interaction, but also use event request to do your RPG stuff. Strike a balance between playing and role playing.

Hint

Don't worry too much about commands just yet. You'll receive tutorials on the most important ones, and learn then how to use them. If you're interested anyway, check the chat descriptions of event request for a couple of common, frequently used ones.

Your character profile is located on GOOGLE DOCS, and managed by staff. It displays your stats, your current missions, your inventory, and other Game info.

The profile holds a lot of information, and a lot of characters. Character profiles are displayed in alphabetical order, by character Name.

alternatively, you may also use the "OUTLINE" feature of Google Docs to instantly navigate to your character's Name. How you access the outline May differ, depending on if you use a mobile device, or a PC / laptop. If one is on a mobile device, it is recommended that you use the Google Docs app, or at the very least scroll through the profiles on an external browser, rather than amino's.

the profile itself is quite large. Do not feel overwhelmed by all the info just yet. You'll receive a profile tour and tutorial as part of your initial training, and it will explain some of the info that is stored here

Your first Steps, as a Blessedblood

(So, you're a blessedBlood..Now what?)

●IN roleplay

○your OC STARTS by waking up in the GRASSLANDS: A biome of Paradise valley, having been brought here a few days ago from the post-apocalyptic setting of The "Outlands".The Outlands is where your character is from, and before the world fell to corruption, the outlands was not much different from the world we know in real life.

○your OC will have few if any memories of that previous life. It's all cloudy and jumbled. They might recall that great horror and devastation came to their home or the people they loved, but even those details are few and far between. All your character knows for sure is that they are some place they've never been before, and The Green, Rolling Hills are different then The Bleak landscape they last knew.

○Your OC must meet up with another character for your first interaction, and from there you will hopefully find yourself heading towards Sanctuary Village: the main setting and the new home of a brand new blessed blood. It is here that your journey and training as the SQUIRE RANK will begin.

●IN GAME

as a SQUIRE, your character starts with very low stats and a whole checklist of tasks to complete, from hunting, to tutorials, to crafting your first items and having your first battle. As you complete these tasks and tuts, your stats will increase. The Squire rank is like an extended tutorial, meant to prepare you for the world outside Village walls.

○Every task you complete on your training list will award you with a small stat boost, useful item, or in-game money. Many of these tasks you are required to complete with other Squires, or by yourself if you are feeling confident.

○ if possible, and if it's your thing, team up with other Squires and progress together. Not only does it make tasks somewhat easier, but in my opinion, games are a lot more fun with friends. Blessed Bloods is overall a co-op experience.

Hint

your initial four tutorials must be done in a specific order, from top to bottom. Once those four guided tutorials are complete, you are released to tackle the rest of your task list by yourself, in any order that you choose. BE CAUTIOUS: after you finish your initial tutorials, you are no longer protected from danger. Death is entirely possible.

•At the beginning of every roleplay post you send, you'll require a header, or Banner as some call them. It will need:

•you are encouraged to include whether your character is in Beast form or human form, if you are a character who can transform.

• in this role play,   beast characters communicate with a language known as "common tongue": a mixture of scent cues, body language, and vocalizations. Animals aren't actually speaking english, or speaking at all.

• a beast's human form can use both common tongue, and english. But a proper human cannot use common tongue.. unfortunately.

• roleplay lock is not allowed here. If you wish to end an interaction or start a new one, you are allowed to, 100% of the time. One real world week equals one whole day in the roleplay world, so I get it.
