Hello!
After doing a very different types of maps (astral maps, matrix maps, mbti tests, etc), I recently did the 64 keys maps, also know as human design.
They basically show numbers that are your keys, but also your shadows as well. Each number has a meaning.
I have the shadow of Hunger… I have this hunger that comes out of nowhere, and even with my stomach is full I still have hunger. I am working on this shadow, and I could say that now I just have hunger towards my favorite foods, and I am eating a little less.
I also have the key of Illumination and Versatility, and I really feel washed for some motive. Even on my period, I am feling clean and light like a feather. I used to feel like carrying a heavy baggage and having burnout. I am working on my golas more too :3 I also think I got more pretty.
