About

Themes Identity, forgetfulness, liminality, emotional vampirism
What I Like Shiny trinkets of another’s past, suppressed memories, heartbreaks, moments of triumph or loss. These memories are “flavored” by emotion—bittersweet, euphoric, or painful—making them more potent and satisfying.
Dislike Routine moments without emotional significance (e.g., brushing teeth, checking email) are bland and offer no nourishment. They’re like empty calories. If a person dwells on a memory constantly, tells it too often, or rewrites it repeatedly, the essence fades. It's like a chewed piece of gum.

Name: Lilith Draven

Height: 5’4

Weight: 130

Alias: The Hollow Daughter, The Veil-Eater

Species: Memory Vampire (Oblivionborn)

Age: Appears 25 | True origin unknown

Hair: Black and charcoal bangs with hair that falls past her waist but is rarely neat.

Eyes: Black with a hint of red like dried blood

Role: Memory thief, drifter of forgotten places, identity devourer

Alignment: Neutral (with shades of tragic villainy)

Attire: She favors long, flowing dresses that are often black or deep, rich colors—dark purples, blood reds, or midnight blues. The fabric is always luxurious—silk, velvet, lace, or leather—but there’s always a sense of decay, a reminder of the past that lingers in her attire. The dresses are often layered, giving her an ethereal, layered look as if each piece of her clothing represents a forgotten era. Rarely wears tight or restrictive shoes.

Origin

Lilith Draven wasn’t born—she was left. Found as an infant in a chapel with no heart or history, she was raised by an apothecary who sensed something ancient slumbering in her. By the time she was 11, the villagers she lived among began forgetting her name, then her face… then themselves.

Lilith doesn’t steal memories for power alone—she needs them. Without them, she begins to unravel, fading from existence. Her survival depends on weaving stolen identities into her own fractured self.

—Powers & Abilities—

Memory Drain (Touch of Forgetting): By placing her hand on someone’s head or chest, she can extract specific memories—names, faces, whole identities—leaving victims confused, hollow, or even catatonic.

Skinwalking Echoes: After feeding, she can temporarily mimic the speech patterns, skills, or emotional memories of her victim. Not perfect shapeshifting—more like wearing pieces of a soul.

Dream Residue: Victims often have nightmares of drowning in mirrors or being watched by their younger selves.

The Forgotten Path: She can enter locked places or disappear from pursuit by traveling through “forgotten” corridors—alleys, unused doorways, and places no one notices anymore.

The Locket: A black locket she wears holds the fragments of the first memory she ever stole

—Weaknesses—

Memory Anchors: People with deeply rooted memories (like unconditional love or faith) resist her feeding—touching them can even harm her.

Emotional Collapse: The more identities she absorbs, the more unstable she becomes—prone to forgetting who she is.

Sunlight: Doesn’t burn her, but forces stolen memory to fade -like heat exhaustion-

—Personality—

Detached & Observant: Speaks in collected fragments—echoes of other voices she’s absorbed

Lonely, but fearful of connection: Knows the danger of being ed

Mannerisms: She writes names in ash, leaves behind trinkets from memories she regrets stealing

—Motivation—

Lilith is searching for her “origin memory”—the first piece of herself that was ever lost. She believes that if she can find it and restore it, she might finally become real. But with each new memory she takes, the line between self and stolen becomes harder to draw.

Aesthetic / Symbols

Visual: Victorian mourning mixed with tattered modern grunge—black gloves, dark lace, silver trinkets from strangers

Themes: Identity, forgetfulness, liminality, emotional vampirism

Soundtrack (inspiration): Dark ambient, whispering strings, distorted lullabies
