I have been watching a lot of kdramas these days and out of them some kdramas are eye catching and take my curiosity to next level and the other side of that phase is -- I dropped some kdramas too.

So the curiosity brought me here to write about the kdrama which takes me to the next level. That I binge it as soon as possible the episodes are out. I think some people already took the guess by seeing the cover image and background image. Spoilers warning too !!!!

So let's start .....

Title : Tale of the Nine Tailed (Korean: 구미호뎐; RR: Gumihodyeon)

Brief Introduction about past

A gumiho (nine-tailed fox) named Lee Yeon (Lee Dong-wook) abdicated his position as the mountain spirit of Baekdudaegan to search for the reincarnation of his one true love Ah-eum (Jo Bo-ah).

He followed her soul up to the Samdo River and gave her the fox bead as her mark when she is reborn again.

Meanwhile, his half-brother Lee Rang (Kim Bum) was left alone and the mountain unprotected as well.

Yeon enlisted his service under Taluipa (Kim Jung-nan) to eradicate supernatural beings that threaten the mortal world in exchange for Ah-eum's reincarnation.

Brief Introduction about present

In the present-day, Yeon lives in the city where he is being assisted by his loyal fellow gumiho Goo Shin-joo (Hwang Hee). He continues his search and mission under Taluipa's orders.

Rang, with the assistance of Ki Yoo-ri (Kim Yong-ji), continuously harms human beings as a way of pestering his brother. While working on a mission, Yeon met Nam Ji-ah (Jo Bo-ah), a smart and dauntless producer at TVC Station. Ji-ah resembles Ah-eum but does not seem to be her reincarnation at first.

Ji-ah believes that her parents are still alive and Yeon is the only lead she has in finding them. Later on, it is revealed that she is Ah-eum's reincarnation when the fox bead appeared on her. Yeon swore to protect her at all costs so she could live longer in this lifetime.

That's all about the story.

Let's go through about character before that I want you to have a clear understanding about the cast with chart ❣

Let start with one to one cast introduction

Lee Do-wook as Lee Yeon

The nine tailed fox, who can't really tell the real age to his girlfriend's parents too. How he doesn't have a job yet gifted a present model car. A strong personality with a soft heart. Bold enough to win his girlfriend's parent heart, to save the pandemic and plague caused by imoogi ( snake ).

Personally, I liked the character Because he is risk taking, caring, mature boy friend, loving and more importantly he knows how to give time to every person he is connected to.

Jo Bo-ah as Nam Ji-ah

The half human being, she is the other shelter of an imoogi( snake). She is bold, she is very good at work, she got never give up personality even though the world give up, she didn't. Dominant enough to come into senses when Lee Yeon getting hurt by her.

Personally my thoughts about her... she isn't Selfish when it comes to her, she already know the ending but still convince other to change it. I ain't very fond of her but her dual character and nature just left me amazed, she maintained it so well...chaos to her and her acting . :heart: ❣

Kim Bum as Lee Rang

He isn't a villian type person. You know some people are like " they act tough, as they are already so hurt and they don't want to get hurt again" exactly made me felt for him. This teaches viewers some lesson.." some misunderstanding needs to be clear at right moment or it turns into hate "

Personally, I think he is like a kid who wants to be loved by someone, who don't want to get abandoned by someone. He got very soft side of heart, he takes care of the people who are arround him and wait viewers take the charm into consideration too :skull: :ghost:

Lee Tae-ri as Lee Ryong

The imoogi other shelter, or the imoogi himself. He isn't someone who needs to receive the love made me clear at the last two episode. Yeah leaving his charm aside I don't like the character..but the way he played the imoogi role is quite good.

Kim Yong-ji as Ki Yu-ri

To be very honest ! I fall in love with her :heart_eyes: :two_hearts: she is just perfect. The loyal, caring, fighter, bold, strong and loving character.

Hwang hee as Goo Shin-joo

The pet care taker. His character was very highlighted when it comes to Lee Yeon. He is loyal, trustworthy, baby enough and mature enough to take care of other people.

Two trust worthy friends

They are just too cute together and with Ji-ah . They are loyal and trustworthy, reliable.

The strongest character

She disappointed me many times in whole series, but lastly she won my heart and truly I understand her. When someone is assigned to some duty, they must be honest to their job like she is. But exceptions are always made so I wish she could have done that before too.

Snail Bride

She is too good to everyone who comes to her as customer. She is kind enough and that's why she got to meet her husband back in present life too. I wanna eat those noodles and food from her restaurant if possible :joy: :joy: .

Did you the fight between Ji-ah and Lee Rang at last episode ? I can't spoil the fun for other viewers, so can't that video. :skull:
