Does anyone know about the "Gemini Covens" that took place in the Pacific Northwest? A Gemini Coven is sets of twins. Who practice the craft, or had tests or something done. In order to discover a leader or something.
I'm not referring to the show Vampire Diaries either. Have never watched it doesn't interest me. Although when attempting research online that's what frequently shows. Everything on youtube is on this show. Which is not what I'm interested in. But, the history of Gemini Covens in general actual facts. Not fiction, mythology or media.
My neighbor is 95 & shared with me photos from early 1900's & the late 1800s printed on tin. Shared a brief history of this house I'm renting. Several kids who looked similar lived here. They were caucasian the same age & height. It was really strange. Asked if it was previously an Orphanage she said no. High possibility this could have been a school of some sort.
Don't have a photocopy or photo of the original print on the tin. This photo I took at a McMenamins here locally. It's a painting of the kids. Not the best quality but, it's all I have. Some of the original tin photos she shared with me inspired this painting.

This is the original local art.

I have a weird obsession with watching commentary on movies and a lot of the time there's segments where they'll explain where they got their info when it comes to folklore so that might be an option- good luck

Going to look into the local Historic Museum sometime. I know in the 1850s there was a Witch hanging in Lafayette Oregon. (A town next to the one mentioned in the blog) They're buried in Local Cemetary in that town. It's said she cursed the town to burn 3 times. It's burned twice since then. Some belief and worrie her curse may be true, or become true.
