Fallen Angel

This Amazing post by Rob is really well written, moving and I love the Aesthetics of the Blog! I always love seeing Poetry whether it's for a Competition or otherwise!

It's a Beautiful form of Expression.

The first steps can often be uncertain

This post resonated well with me. I can see alot of effort has been put into it and it's a topic/story I think alot of people could relate to and benefit from reading.

Favourite Animal Challenge

A wonderful post by Bear that never got featured!

The Aesthetics have had alot of work put into them; It's well worded and laid out and really expressed well the nature of the challenge at the time!

What do you think makes a post feature worthy?

I believe what makes a post feature worthy is that you can tell someone has put effort and personality into it. Graphically and Aesthetically a post draws me in but it isn't everything to make a post feature worthy. It's got to look like the person enjoyed making it.

Most importantly, why do you want to be a part of this team?

I would absolutely love to be a part of the Feature Team because they were a huge part in encouraging my Creativity with my posts and I would love to be that kind of beacon for someone else who needs it even if they had no idea I was a part of it. Just being able to say I am a part of a team that helped me come out of my shell early on in this Amino would be wonderful and I'd love to give back to the team that gave so much to me.

If you see a post that is maybe feature worthy but not quite there yet, how would you proceed with fixing it?

I would talk to the person who made the post and encourage them! I'd ask what they were trying to convey and if they would like I would offer some tips to help them achieve what they were looking for.

I believe everyone deserves a feature if they work towards it and truly show they want it. Everyone deserves that chance to feel proud and like they accomplished something. It's not about being better than someone else; it's about helping someone else bring out their creativity and putting smiles on people's faces.

What types of blogs, in your opinion, do you not feature?

I believe blogs that are not feature worthy are ones that have zero effort. Ones that are not engaging, lack colour and excitement. I love seeing a blog that draws me in and makes me excited to read more.

If you put alot of effort into a blog you'll get my attention.

How would you handle a post that can be triggering?

I would make sure the post is very clearly labelled on the preview and the beginning of the post so that for anyone who could be potentially triggered they will at least have that warning visible before the triggering content.

What do you do, if a member doesn't respond to your offer, for featuring their post?

(For example, you need them to fix something. You message them and they don't respond).

What do you do?

Well I'd not pressure them or spam them asking for a response. I would just wait for a reply but move on with what I am doing. They could be in a situation that just means they can't post at that moment. I'd give it a little time and focus my attention elsewhere in the meantime so other people have the opportunity to have their posts featured.
